my music taste over the years
This is my first post on this blog so i hope you enjoy it!
Basically i begun liking lady gaga and sopa de cabra because my father would always put them in the car when my family and i where going on road trips. It came the time when i got ahed listening to the radio so that meant listening to commercial pop, thanks to this genera i started hearing beyond the music and actually trying to understand what the lyrics meant along with why did i felt so grand hearing the music, i remember feeling accomplished and complete. Back then it was the only genera that i listened, probably because on the radios it the only type of music that they put on it in general. After that i discovered that classical music was a thing that people still listened to it and i searched for a community radio so i could pay attention and so it was called "cat music" it was the only thing that i toke notice in a whole year. When classical music era passed by catalan rumba came in and as many people living in catalonia this genera kind of stick with me till the end but every year that overpassed my effort of enjoying it went down, so i came back to only hearing commercial pop. Now i learned to be open minded about the things you like because music is a very big industry of styles and brands that other people offer you. In this last year i probably have heard more than 20 different styles of music and its awesome because it has made me grown as a person and musician. So please don't close your mind saying that your music taste is better than everybody else if you haven't even dare to hear a song that isn't you'rs. Music is to share and experiment with, have fun and never stop listening to music!
